During these sessions we learn to “let-go” of the physical tensions that we hold in our bodies. Various techniques are used but the end result is always the same. You leave the session feeling far more relaxed, at ease and contented than when you walked in!

Adult's Mental Relaxation

Stillness Meditation Therapy is quite unique! It does not involve philosophy, culture or religious practice of any kind. This form of meditation allows the mind to settle and be ”still“. There is no intellectual or logical activity whilst meditating. All of the senses are allowed to rest, the mind stills….and there is an ease to it. It is a natural, simple and effective means to help you calm your mind, experience ease, therefore reducing anxiety and stress. The main aim of this experience is one of deep calm; a process that often leads towards a better quality of life.
